Information Collection and Use

RollaRebate collects personally identifiable information when you request information from RollaRebate, apply for membership as a consumer and to purchase goods and/or services through our website, and/or apply for membership under the Product Merchant Category and/or Service Merchant Category, as such terms are described within RollaRebate’s website and/or in that certain Merchant Agreement (also available within our website).  On such occasions, RollaRebate asks for your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, and other personal information concerning your interests, business, occupation, and other demographic- and business-related information.  RollaRebate also receives and records information from server logs from your browser including cookie information relating to pages requested and the like.

RollaRebate uses the information you provide to us to customize advertising and content that we present to you, to contact you concerning specials and new products and to enhance our product offerings, to coordinate and implement the payment of membership fees and commissions that you may owe as a member of RollaRebate, and to coordinate and implement the payment of fees that may be owed for the purchase of certain good or services through our website.  RollaRebate will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party except when:
